What Is the Adversity
Fitness Challenge Tour?

The Adversity Fitness Challenge Tour is a multi-city fitness and motivational event featuring adaptive athlete and inspirational speaker Jason Cooper alongside fitness personality and motivational athlete NDO Champ.

Together, Jason and NDO are traveling aboard a tour vehicle, visiting gyms and fitness communities across the southern and southeastern United States.

SHOW UP.
CHALLENGE THE LOCALS.
REWARD THE WINNERS.
SHARE POWERFUL STORIES.
INSPIRE PEOPLE TO KEEP GOING.

Each tour stop introduces new participants, new challenges, and new opportunities for people to prove what they can accomplish under pressure.

Some competitors may be experienced powerlifters.

Others may be bodybuilders, personal trainers, student-athletes, gym members, or everyday fitness enthusiasts.

The tour is designed to bring different types of athletes together through the universal language of effort.

You do not need to be famous.

You do not need to be a professional athlete.

You only need the courage to step forward and compete.

Meet Jason Cooper

Jason Cooper understands adversity in a way few people ever will.

As a teenager, Jason was a promising high school football player from Laurel, Mississippi. His life revolved around athletics, training, competition, and the dream of continuing his football career.

Everything changed following a devastating automobile accident that resulted in a C3-C4 incomplete spinal cord injury and paralysis from the neck down.

Doctors warned Jason that he might never walk again.

The future he had spent years preparing for suddenly disappeared.

But Jason refused to allow that diagnosis to become the final definition of his life.

Through years of rehabilitation, faith, family support, adaptive training, setbacks, and relentless determination, Jason began rebuilding.

He returned to the gym.

He became an adaptive athlete.

He developed into a personal trainer and motivational voice.

His journey became the subject of the documentary ADVERSITY – The Jason Cooper Story, which follows his transformation from paralysis to purpose.

Today, Jason uses fitness to challenge assumptions about disability and human potential.

Every workout carries a message.

Every lift represents progress.

Every appearance gives him an opportunity to reach someone who may be facing their own difficult chapter.

The Adversity Fitness Challenge Tour brings that mission directly into gyms and communities across the country.

Jason is not participating simply as a host.

He is proof of the message behind the tour.

Meet NDO Champ

NDO Champ has built a reputation around intensity, discipline, motivation, and an unmistakable passion for fitness.

Known for his powerful presence, high-energy personality, and commitment to pushing people beyond their comfort zones, NDO brings an entirely different level of excitement to every fitness environment he enters.

WORK HARDER.
STOP MAKING EXCUSES.
DEMAND MORE FROM YOURSELF.

NDO has inspired fitness audiences through motivational content, live appearances, competitive challenges, and his ability to connect with athletes at every level.

Whether he is encouraging a first-time competitor or challenging an experienced lifter, NDO brings an energy that immediately changes the atmosphere inside a gym.

Partnering Jason Cooper with NDO Champ creates a powerful combination.

Jason represents resilience, recovery, adaptability, and purpose.

NDO represents intensity, discipline, accountability, and action.

Together, they deliver one message:

Whatever you are facing, keep moving forward.

17 Cities in Seven Days

The Adversity Fitness Challenge Tour is scheduled to travel through 17 cities across multiple states, creating one of the most ambitious independent fitness tours of its kind.

The tour route includes:

Florida

• Miami
• Orlando
• Jacksonville
• Tampa
• Fort Lauderdale

Alabama and Mississippi

• Mobile, Alabama
• Biloxi, Mississippi

Louisiana

• New Orleans

Texas

• Houston
• Austin
• Dallas

Tennessee

• Memphis
• Nashville

Georgia

• Atlanta
• Savannah

North Carolina and South Carolina

• Charlotte, North Carolina
• Charleston, South Carolina

Each city brings a new gym, a new audience, and a new opportunity to highlight the people who make local fitness communities special.

The tour is not only focused on major fitness influencers or established athletes.

It is designed to find the person training quietly every day.

The local powerlifter chasing a personal record.

The working parent who refuses to miss a workout.

The athlete rebuilding after an injury.

The beginner who recently decided to change their life.

The gym member who has never competed but finally chooses to step forward.

These are the people who represent the true spirit of the tour.

Live Gym Challenges

At selected locations, Jason Cooper and NDO Champ will enter local gyms and invite members to participate in spontaneous fitness challenges.
The events may include maximum repetitions, strength tests, timed competitions, bodyweight exercises, or head-to-head challenges.

Deadlift Challenges

Competitors may be challenged to complete the heaviest successful lift, achieve a target weight, or perform the most repetitions within a designated time. The deadlift represents one of the most recognizable tests of total-body strength and determination.

Bench Press Competitions

Bench press challenges test upper-body strength, muscular endurance, technique, and the ability to perform under pressure. Competitors may face repetition contests, weight-based challenges, or surprise matchups.

Pull-Up Challenges

Pull-ups require strength, control, endurance, and mental determination. These challenges may reward the highest number of clean repetitions or introduce additional rules to increase the difficulty.

Push-Up Competitions

Push-ups make competition accessible to a wide variety of fitness levels. Challenges may involve maximum repetitions, timed rounds, endurance tests, or head-to-head elimination formats.

Surprise Fitness Events

Not every challenge will be announced in advance. Some of the most exciting moments will come from the unexpected. Jason and NDO may introduce new exercises, invite audience participation, challenge gym employees, or create events inspired by the personalities and capabilities of each location. That unpredictability is part of what makes the tour unique. No two stops will be exactly the same.

$500 — $1,000

Cash Prizes for Local Competitors

Selected winners may receive cash prizes ranging from $500 to $1,000.

These prizes are designed to add excitement while rewarding people willing to step forward, compete, and give their best effort.

But winning the tour is not only about collecting money.

For many participants, the real victory may be attempting something they never believed they could do.

It may be setting a personal record.

Competing in front of an audience.

Returning to the gym after an injury.

Representing their local community.

Or proving to themselves that fear does not have to make the final decision.

The tour celebrates champions, but it also celebrates courage.

This nonstop approach creates a fitness event that audiences can follow in real time, regardless of where they live.

More Than a Fitness Competition

The Adversity Fitness Challenge Tour is not simply about determining who can lift the most weight.

Fitness is the platform.
The real subject is perseverance.

Every athlete has a story.

Some people train to compete.

Some train to recover.

Some train to manage stress.

Some train to rebuild confidence.

Others enter the gym because it is the one place where they feel fully in control.

The tour creates space for those stories.

Jason Cooper’s presence ensures that adaptive fitness, disability awareness, and recovery remain central parts of the conversation.

NDO Champ’s intensity ensures that participants are challenged to give more than they thought they had.

Together, they demonstrate two sides of the same principle.

You must believe progress is possible.

Then you must be willing to work for it.

Adaptive Fitness and Inclusion

One of the most important goals of the Adversity movement is to expand the public’s understanding of adaptive fitness.

Jason Cooper’s training challenges outdated assumptions about athletes living with disabilities.

His journey demonstrates that fitness can be adapted without losing its intensity, purpose, or legitimacy.

Adaptive athletes are not asking for their work to be viewed as inspirational simply because they show up.

They want their dedication, athleticism, and accomplishments to be recognized.

The Adversity Fitness Challenge Tour helps create that visibility.

It introduces new audiences to adaptive training while encouraging gyms to think more seriously about accessibility, equipment, coaching, and inclusion.

Fitness belongs to everyone.

Strength looks different from person to person.

Progress is personal.

And every athlete deserves a place to train, compete, and grow.

Supporting a Greater Mission

The tour is also connected to a broader mission of giving back.

Jason Cooper continues developing initiatives designed to support young athletes, adaptive fitness, and communities facing adversity.

NDO Champ is also using the tour to promote charitable work and encourage people to transform motivation into meaningful action.

Through sponsorships, partnerships, awareness campaigns, merchandise, donations, and community participation, the tour creates opportunities to support causes that extend beyond the gym.

The goal is not only to inspire people for a few minutes.

The goal is to create lasting impact.

Fitness, Motivation,
and Entertainment

The Adversity Fitness Challenge Tour combines several experiences into one event.

It is a fitness competition.
It is a motivational tour.
It is a live-streamed road adventure.
It is a community event.
It is an unscripted digital series.
And it is an opportunity to document real people testing themselves in real time.

That combination makes the tour accessible to a wide audience.

Serious athletes can follow the challenges.

Fitness fans can watch the competitions.

Supporters of Jason Cooper can follow his continuing journey.

Fans of NDO Champ can experience his energy live.

People facing personal hardships can connect with the message of perseverance.

And viewers who simply enjoy unpredictable live content can follow the tour from city to city.

Traveling to 17 cities in seven days requires more than physical strength.

It requires planning, endurance, teamwork, and the ability to adapt when things do not go according to schedule.

These moments help reveal what it takes to execute a tour at this scale.

They also reinforce the central message of Adversity.

The challenge is not only what happens during the competition.
